Johanna Eberwein studied science of education with a focus on adult education in her Bachelor’s degree and sociology with a focus on organisational and personal development in her Master’s degree. Ever since school, she has been interested in interpersonal relationships and how people can be helped to help themselves through coaching and counselling. For this reason, she already attended some further training courses on these topics and found her way to AHA, where people are just as central to us as they are to Johanna. Her family’s agricultural and forestry background also strengthens Johanna’s interest in working for the AHA. Johanna speaks German, English, French and Spanish. She joined AHA international as an intern, where she supported various projects and project managers in their project countries. Now Johanna works for us as an assistant to the managing director and is also responsible for application and event management.
