Through the deployment of Systemic Organisational Development (OD) tools, Adamu has supported the implementation of capacity building and systemic OD initiatives across Nigeria, the Western and Eastern African sub-regions. As a Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) Capacity Development Expert, he supported organisations and (M)SMEs Ecosystem Actors to capacity-build and support thousands of (M)SMEs, created Ecosystem Linkages and aftercare services.

Going forward, he would like to support organisations, business clusters, hubs, industrial parks, and other (M)SME ecosystem stakeholders in strengthening and developing organisational internal structures to build resilience for the attainment of organisational efficiency and effectiveness, develop/utilize communication and eCommerce platforms to do better business, adopt green/circular economy practices to improve their income and provide additional decent employment.
