Coming from a farming family, Joseph joined a farmer’s organisation after university and is dedicated to fostering development through knowledge and skills sharing. He believes that empowering farmers, the people who feed the world, will lead to sustainable growth and development for families and communities.

As a practicing farmer and an advocate for renewable energy and sustainable agriculture, Joseph views the world as a community that must be protected from harmful activities. He passionately promotes the adoption of clean energy, with a particular focus on biogas technologies. His ongoing motivation is to develop a think tank platform that will facilitate personal and organisational development in Africa and beyond.
